Biography
  Dr. Afsah had been the Assistant Editor for Journal of Contemporary Studies (published by NDU, Islamabad) from Spring 2017 till Fall 2021. She was also a member of HEC’s National Curriculum Review Committee (NCRC) for International Relations (2017-18). She holds considerable experience of organizing and participating in national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars and has presented at some of these. She has also published research articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Qazi has taught courses in diverse sub-fields of IR such as: Global Political Economy, International Security, Arms Control and Disarmament, International Law, Conflict and Cooperation in the Asia Pacific, and Government and Politics of China. She is an HEC Approved PhD Supervisor and has supervised around 25 MS/M. Phil dissertations so far. She is also hands-on with the virtual/online/hybrid mode of teaching and learning.
Dr. Afsah Qazi is an intrinsically motivated professional, committed to the cause of enabling and imparting quality education in any given socio-cultural environment, while performing her duties (for any organization she belongs to) to the best of her abilities.
