IAA’s key strength is its highly qualified and competent faculty, with a rich industrial and academic experience. Most of the IAA faculty members have obtained PhDs and Master’s degrees from top local and foreign universities of USA (Georgia Institute of Technology, Case Western Reserve University), UK (University of Cambridge, Cranfield University, Northumbria University), France (University of Toulouse), Turkey (Koc University, Middle East Technical University), Japan (Tokyo University), China (Beijing Institute of Technology, Beihang University, North Western Polytechnical University) and Korea (Hanyang University). More than 80% of the regular faculty at IAA have a PhD degree and almost all faculty members have worked in either industry or academia (or both) before joining IAA. The Institute proudly boasts a combined industrial and academic experience of more than 400 years accumulated by its current faculty members. While actively working on funded projects from the industry, our faculty members are adept in guiding our students to become proficient in working on real-world problems and contribute to the local and global engineering industry.

Most of the IAA alumni have successfully secured positions in various business enterprises, industries, and strategic and defense organizations of the country. Many of them are also working in foreign countries for multinational companies. A good number of our alumni have successfully won prestigious scholarships (e.g. Fulbright Scholarship) for pursuing MS and PhD degrees in highly reputed foreign universities.

We endeavor to provide our graduates a wonderful learning experience at IAA where they can develop themselves to become successful professional engineers and future leaders in their respective careers. Ours is a mission oriented professional Institute with the skills and resources to prepare you for the rapidly evolving and expanding global high-tech mechanical, aerospace, avionics and information security industries. If you want to make a difference, join the IAA - your gateway to limitless opportunities.
