You can collect your Convocation Gown on Friday, Saturday (March 11, 12) from 09:00AM to 01:00PM at Air University.
In order to collect Convocation Gown, please follow following instructions.
1. Printout the attached proforma and filled as under:
a. Alumni Data 2022
b. Proforma-7 (Enginnering Students) OR Proforma 7 (Non-Engineering)
c. Refundable Security Fee voucher for Gown
2. Please deposit Rs 1500 Refundable Security Fee to AU Accountant
3. After depositing Security Fee, please visit Gown Collection Stall
4. Submit your Student Copy of Fee Voucher and duly-filled above-mentioned proforma.
5. Collect your Gown.
6. After the Convocation, visit Gown Collection Stall to return the gown.
7. Get your Security Fee from the AU Accountant
